AbiliTV on BlogTV.com Guidelines - NOT ALL INCLUSIVE - All viewers are held to these.

We here at AbiliTV want you the viewers to make friends, share stories and ideas, and have fun! But we need your help in following some guidelines.

1. Any advice give on this show shouldn’t be take as medical and or legal advise. Your doctor and or legal advisor comes first! Any questions you have should be directed towards him or her. We are here to guide you towards asking those questions.

2. Respect the host, co-host and everyone else in the room. Vulgar, rude and disrespectful  comments will result in a kick or ban from the room.

3.We will, from time to time, have a topic which we will discuss openly. During this time, we will have the chat set to Friends Only.

4. In order to be a friend of AbiliTV you must be at least 16 years of age, have a picture on your bio and a brief bio of yourself.

5. As we would like you to share your story openly, please do not share too much of your personal information with others. That includes to hosts in PM or Email contact. We are not doctors, or other trained medical staff here. We are also not legal professionals either.
6. Co hosting will be at the discretion of the host at that time. Co-Hosts must be 16 years of age no exceptions. Violators will be banned from the room. Must be able to show your face LIVE on camera so we can see you clearly. Co hosts are invited. If you ask you may be kicked.

7. Please do not post links without consent from the host. Violators will be kicked or banned from the room.

8. Please try to refrain from political and religious topics as we will do the same. We respect all views on faith or lack of such, as well as political views. Respect the fact this is not the time or place to get into deep discussion over these topics here. Thank you.

9. Any questions or concerns you  have in regards to show content, and kicking and banning should be taken up with the owner of the show SpinergyDude or Jon. You may mail him at AbiliTV blog mail.

10 - This is not an all inclusive list, and is only meant to guide the community towards being a friend place for people to partake in information they may benefit from.

11. You do not have the right to freedom of speech in this community, or on any server that is not YOUR server that you run. So respect the fact we are apart of BlogTV the larger community, and follow their terms of Service also as this list does not replace and or supercede anything they have in place now, or may in the future.

The best way to think of this is you are in someone else's house now (as in we are on BlogTV's Servers) not our very own servers we would run if we owned them outright. if you own and run your own servers and community then you could allow freedom of speech and see how that works for you.

12. If you do not like or care for a host or hostess don't watch when they are on. Respect them as people as you would like to be also respected as a person. If you don't agree with a topic, and can discuss it without getting rude or such, that is totally fine. If a host or OPERATIONS (blue user named person) says drop the topic, that means drop in all cases. Do not take it to PMs you will not be kicked, you will be banned.

13. During a show when a host is on Topic or covering something DO not be rude and PM that person while they are trying to cover a topic or video. Understand that not all PM messages will be answered, as some just say "hi" please be mature and do that in normal chat. As these can and will end up with you kicked from the room for disrupting the conversation. And, or banned if you seem to not grasp how rude this is to do to a host or hostess.

IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE SHOW FOR ANY REASON - DON'T WATCH IT.

Lastly is this:
The founder SpinergyDude or Jon reserves the right to kick or ban anyone at any time for any reasons whatsoever with or without warning. And, may or may not reply to questions as to why it was done.
ALL Questions asking why something took place placed on the WALL will be deleted and ignored. Not only by the owner/founder/SpinergyDude/Jon but but ANY host or hostess as well.
